Welcome to JNS Towing Services LLC ("JNS Towing", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website (jnstowingservices.com) and our 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services operated in Charlotte, Lee, and Sarasota Counties, Florida.

By accessing our website or requesting tow truck dispatch and roadside assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To request roadside assistance, tow services, or use this website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity.
• Be the registered owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent permitted to request towing or roadside services for that vehicle.
• Provide accurate details regarding your vehicle status, exact location, and contact information.

2. Towing & Roadside Assistance Services

JNS Towing provides emergency flatbed towing, battery jump starts, roadside tire changes, lockout service, winch outs, equipment transport, and junk car removal.

• ETAs & Dispatch: Estimated arrival times provided by phone or message are approximate and subject to traffic, weather, road conditions, and local highway events.
• Vehicle Access & Safety: The client must ensure the vehicle is safely accessible to our tow truck operator.

3. Pricing, Rates & Payment Terms

• All towing fees, hookup rates, and per-mile charges will be disclosed prior to dispatch or completion of service.
• Full payment is required upon completion of roadside service or vehicle drop-off, unless prior commercial account terms apply.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash as specified during service request.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, JNS Towing services and website materials are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.

• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures prior to hookup, or delays resulting from severe weather or extreme road hazards beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for removing all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to transport.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, fleet photos, text, and graphics are the proprietary property of JNS Towing Services LLC and protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.
